Refers to TestNut's website, mobile applications, and all related services, including but not limited to AI-powered evaluation, course content, and assessment tools.

Refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses our Services.

Refers to all information, text, graphics, photos, videos, and other materials available through our Services.
"AI Evaluation"

Account Creation

Our Rights

Your Rights
You retain ownership of content you submit to our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your content for the purpose of providing our Services, including AI evaluation and feedback.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to these Terms.
Payment Obligations
- • All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable
- • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
- • Failed payments may result in service suspension
No Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Once you access course content or attempt tests, the service value has been delivered and refunds are not available. Please review our Refund Policy for details.
Closed-Loop Wallet System
The TestNut Wallet operates strictly as a "closed-loop" system. Wallet points and credits are for internal use only on the TestNut platform. They hold no monetary value outside of our ecosystem and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
Usage Restrictions
- • Wallet points can only be used to access live tests, premium content, or specific services on our platform.
- • Points are non-transferable and cannot be sent to other users or external accounts.
- • Wallet balances cannot be withdrawn to a bank account, credit card, or any third-party payment system.
- • As per RBI guidelines for closed-loop wallets, TestNut wallet points are exclusively meant to facilitate purchases within our own digital platform.
AI Evaluation Disclaimer
Our AI evaluation services are provided for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated feedback and scores should not be considered as definitive academic assessment. Results may vary and should be used as learning tools rather than official evaluations.
Service Availability
AI evaluation services depend on computational resources and may experience delays during peak usage. We do not guarantee immediate processing times and reserve the right to limit service availability.
Content Processing
By submitting content for AI evaluation, you consent to our processing of your text for analysis purposes. We do not store or use your content for training our AI models without explicit permission.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Data Processing

Service Availability

AI Accuracy
Our AI evaluation systems are designed to provide helpful feedback but may not always be 100% accurate. Users should exercise their own judgment and not rely solely on AI-generated assessments.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestNut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of our Services.
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to our Services will cease immediately.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our Services.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
